Blooming ABA was founded with a deep commitment to serving diverse and historically underserved communities while welcoming families from all backgrounds. We believe every individual deserves access to compassionate, ethical, and high-quality behavioral support.
Our services are individualized, culturally responsive, and family-centered. We focus on building meaningful skills that support communication, independence, emotional regulation, and long-term success across everyday environments.
Rooted in Access, Equity, and Education
Many families especially within minority and underserved communities — may have limited access to information about autism, developmental services, or how to begin the process of care. Some families come to us feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start.
At Blooming ABA, we meet families where they are. We prioritize education, transparency, and open communication so caregivers feel informed, supported, and empowered — not judged or confused. Our team takes time to explain the process, collaborate on goals, and ensure families feel confident in their care journey.
Blooming ABA provides in-home services so children can learn and grow in the environments where daily life happens. Programs are individualized and built around each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.

Meet the Founder
Katia M. Moya
Founder, Blooming ABA
Katia founded Blooming ABA with a vision of creating an organization rooted in access, representation, and compassionate care. Her work is guided by a strong commitment to supporting families who may be new to autism or developmental services and who deserve clear guidance throughout the process of care.
Through her professional journey in Applied Behavior Analysis, Katia has seen both the impact of early, individualized support and the barriers many families face when trying to access services. Blooming ABA was created to help close those gaps by providing culturally responsive, family-centered care that honors each individual’s strengths and potential.
Soy hija de padres inmigrantes, criada con valores de esfuerzo, humildad y servicio a la comunidad.Desde muy joven aprendí la importancia de cuidar a los demás y de dar apoyo donde más se necesita.
Crecí muy cerca de mi prima Susie, quien tenía parálisis cerebral. Ella no tuvo acceso a terapias como ABA, pero yo la ayudaba a comer, la limpiaba cuando babeaba y pasaba mucho tiempo a su lado. Aunque en ese momento no lo entendía, esas experiencias sembraron en mí un profundo deseo de ayudar a niños con necesidades especiales y a sus familias.
Blooming ABA nace de esa historia del amor por mi familia, de mis raíces, y del sueño de poder servir a comunidades que muchas veces no reciben la información, los recursos o el apoyo que merecen. Mi misión es ofrecer servicios compasivos, respetuosos y accesibles, y apoyar a familias que tal vez no saben por dónde empezar, para que nunca se sientan solas en este camino.
Looking Ahead
Blooming ABA currently provides in-home services, with plans to expand into clinic-based services in the future. As we grow, our mission remains the same: to support children, empower families, and serve communities with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
